What Is Leadership Reiki™?
Leadership Reiki™ is based on the authentic teachings and practices of Usui Reiki, translated into practical tools for the realities of modern life. It brings traditional Reiki together with self-awareness and self-leadership to support greater clarity, balance and wellbeing.
At its heart is a simple principle: the better we understand and regulate our own state, the better equipped we are to respond to the demands of everyday life — personally and professionally.
Leadership Reiki teaches traditional Reiki practices alongside simple techniques that can become part of daily life. The emphasis is not on perfection or belief, but on developing awareness and learning to work with your own energy and state.
No previous Reiki experience is required. The practices are accessible, practical and designed to be integrated into everyday life.

The Author
Cristina Serrano is the founder of Talerion and creator of Leadership Reiki™. A Usui Reiki Master Teacher with nearly three decades of international executive and board experience, she created the method to bridge authentic Reiki practice with the realities of modern professional and everyday life.
Her approach combines traditional Reiki training with a pragmatic focus on wellbeing, emotional regulation, self-awareness and sustainable performance.
